L'Ajuntament aprova un pressupost de 49 milions d'euros per al 2020
L'Ajuntament de Salou ha aprovat un pressupost de 49,3 milions d'euros per al 2020, que significa gairebé un 5 per cent més que en 2019. Aquesta xifra inclou el pressupost del Patronat de Turisme (2,3 milions d'euros) i de el Consorci Recreatiu i Turístic (2,4 milions d'euros). Però destaca especialment la partida d'inversions, que amb 6 milions d'euros puja un 3,4 per cent més que en aquest any.
Reconeixement municipal al Deliranto per la seva estrella Michelin
En nom de l'Ajuntament de Salou, l'alcalde, Pere Granados, acompanyat de el regidor de Dinamització Econòmica, Héctor Maiquez, ha lliurat una placa de reconeixement a l'xef Pep Moreno, de l'restaurant Deliranto, per l'estrella Michelin aconseguida recentment.
Ja és Nadal a Salou
Amb l'acte d'encesa de les llums nadalenques, Salou ha obert oficialment el cicle festiu de Nadal. Per celebrar-ho, grans i petits han gaudit amb l'espectacle exclusiu d'animació "Ja és Nadal a Sèsam Aventura", a càrrec de PortAventura World, amb Epi, Blas, Coco i Elmo. També han actuat els cors infantils de l'Escola Municipal de Música.
Les persones, protagonistes del pla d'inversions de Salou 2019-2023
L'Ajuntament de Salou ha elaborat el pla d'inversions municipal per a tot el mandat 2019-2023. Supera els 27 milions d'euros i se centra especialment en equipaments i en millores dels espais urbans per "al gaudi de la ciutadania", tal com ha explicat l'alcalde Pere Granados.

Salou treballa per ser una destinació turística sostenible
Salou, la capital de la Costa Daurada té un pla i un objectiu: convertir-se en una destinació turística sostenible. Per aconseguir-ho, el municipi treballarà aquest any per executar les actuacions que el convertiran en Destinació Turística Intel·ligent (DTI) i aprofundirà en la desestacionalització. Així ho ha explicat l'alcalde de Salou, Pere Granados, a l'fer balanç de la temporada 2019.
FOTOSPORT s'instal·la a la Torre Vella fins el 14 de desembre
Els amants de la fotografia de l'esport podran gaudir d'una nova edició de la mostra FOTOSPORT 2018 a Salou. L'exposició s'ha instal·lat a la Torre Vella on es podrà visitar fins al 14 de desembre. Són 47 obres seleccionades d'entre 1599 fotografies enviades per 129 artistes de 32 països de tot el món.
Festa Major de Salou 2019: 30 anys de la segregació
La festa major que cada any celebra Salou al mes d'octubre té aquest 2019 una significació especial perquè fa 30 anys de la segregació de Salou i de la seva constitució en un municipi independent de Vila-seca. El moment culminant va ser el 30 d'octubre de 1989, quan el Tribunal Suprem va dictar una sentència favorable a la constitució del municipi de Salou.

A self-consumption photovoltaic plant for PortAventura World
PortAventura has presented an investment of 6 million euros to build a photovoltaic plant to produce self-consumption electricity for the resort, which will have 100,000 square meters (such as 14 soccer fields) and 22,000 photovoltaic panels. From October 24 to 27, 2019, Salou and the Costa Dorada will host the scoring event for the rally world RallyRacc Catalunya-Costa Daurada.
