They condemn 3,5 years in jail to the man who killed a woman in Salou while they maintained sexual relations

Salou. Costa Dorada. 09 February 2018. The Provincial Court of Tarragona has condemned to Claudio Augusto Santana for three years and six months in prison for a crime of reckless homicide committed in the person of a young woman with whom she had sex in an apartment on the Montblanc street in Salou. The events took place last summer when the now condemned, originally from Brazil, had sex with the victim who, according to the sentence, exercised prostitution. During a sexual game in which the woman was maniatada and with her back, the prosecutor caught her neck with force until she caused her death. The sentence also imposes the obligation of not approaching the victim's mother within 200 meters or residing in the town where the girl was born, Bellpuig, in Lleida, for eight years.

The court has applied the attenuating of toxic and alcoholic involvement, as well as the confession of the prosecutor, who related how the girl's death was to the instructor of the case.
