Sabor Salou, the gastronomic fair on the Costa Daurada
From May 23 to 25, 2025, Passeig Jaume I hosts the best gastronomic fair on the Costa Daurada, Sabor Salou. With more than 40 participating establishments, more than 40,000 people are expected and the distribution of 50,000 tastings of high-quality local products, in addition to gastronomic workshops, tastings and other activities completely free.

Cristina Lagé, general director of Tourism of the Generalitat de Catalunya, is in charge of inaugurating this Friday, May 23rd, the 13th edition of the Sabor Salou gastronomic fair. The opening ceremony will take place at 7.30 p.m. at the beginning of Passeig Jaume I, where the event is located, which opens its doors at 12 noon.

Sabor Salou: gastronomic and festive activities until May 5
Until 12 midnight on Sunday, May 5, 2024, the Jaume I promenade in Salou will be buzzing with gastronomic activity thanks to Sabor Salou, the most prominent gastronomic fair on the Costa Daurada. The inauguration by the popular restaurateur and presenter of the Cuines program on TV3, Gessamí Caramés, took place with a fair already very busy an hour after its opening.
