L'Associació d'Hostaleria de Salou (AEH) es va presentar ahir, dimarts 29 de gener, davant d'una representació del món empresarial de l'hostaleria de la província, i de l'Ajuntament, que dóna suport i valora la iniciativa. La AEH Salou té com a primer president a Pep Moreno i pretén ser nexe d'unió de les iniciatives gastronòmiques del municipi turístic.
Lunatic Restaurant guanya el Ral·li de Tapes
El primer premi del Ral·li de Tapes Salou 2018 ha recaigut sobre Lunattic Restaurant, que també guanya el premi a la tapa més original amb la creació "Costa Daurada". El plat guanyador està compost per "cremeta de carbassó i bolets de temporada, tempura de la seva pròpia flor, cochifrito ibèric i gelat d'oli d'oviva i tomàquet en branca".

Una nova edició del Mercat de Nadal de Salou va obrir ahir les "portes", amb una oferta d'activitats i tallers gratuïts que faran gaudir a tots els membres de la família de forma gratuïta.
