Cambrils. Centro Cívico Les Basses. Poetry reading.   7 pm   David Castillo i Buïl (Barcelona 1961) is a poet, writer, literary critic and Catalan. He started out as a poet with the 70 clandestine publications and countercultural, even though his first published work, a veritable declaration of principles was the biography of Bob Dylan, 1992. Three years before he was to be the antòleg century, which brought together the leading voices of the generation of 80. We followed a series of poems notably Game Over, which won the Carles Riba. Then began a period as a writer with novels like The sky of hell and not look back with good results among critics and readers. The first won the award for Best Crexells Catalan novel of 1999. Second, the St. George Award in 2001. Atlantis has won three awards for journalism and an anthology of his poetry in Italian was awarded the prize for Best International Tratt poet abroad. He has been organizing various poetic cycles and founder and director of the Poetry Week in Barcelona since 1997. Moreover, articles and reviews published literature almost since its inception. From 1989 until 2007 he directed the cultural supplement of the newspaper Hoy. He was director for 8 years of the journal draft and has been five years a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The young poet Marc Sardà published the book Conversaciones con Pepin Bello, who had a huge impact critical. Books of poetry: The roller coaster (1993), darkness (1994), Pueblo Nuevo Flash Back (1997) Game over (1998), The Bridge of Mühlberg (2000), Following Hurricane (2000), Black Flag (2001 ), while other poems (2005), Downtown (2006), Naked (2006).
