Reus. Plaza de la Libetad and Mercadal. New year´s eve.   Arrival of the Man of Noses, December 31 Beginning at 11am in the Plaza Libertad. Then the center of the city parade and salute from the balcony of City Hall. Chimes and New Year celebration at the entrance to the New Year 2010, December 31 Starting at 23.45h in the Plaza del Mercadal.
