Conference "is Tracta d'Europe is Tracta of you!" (Any Europeu 2013 on the European Ciutadania) by Joaquim Millan, secretary general of the Consell Català Moviment Eurolocal Europeu and director. The European Year of Citizens 2013 is dedicated to the rights to citizenship EU. This session will encourage dialogue to exchange views on EU rights and create a vision of how the EU should be in 2020.
