Until December 23, 2025, we make the vermouth in Salou to claim the tradition of making the aperitif in one of the 19 establishments in the capital of the Costa Dorada that have joined the initiative of the Association of Hospitality Entrepreneurs of Salou (AEH), with the collaboration of the City of Salou.

For 6 euros you can taste a vermouth accompanied by a different tasting in each establishment.

At what time can you make vermouth in Salou?

Most of the establishments that participate in Fem el vermut in Salou will serve the aperitif between 12 noon and 3 pm, although some establishment has limited the service from 12 noon to 2 pm (Élite Bar and Racó de Nico) or from 1 pm to 2 pm (Cook and Travel)
