The municipal company Reus Sport and Recreation organizes from 3 to 6 June at the Plaza de la Libertad fourth edition of the festival game, sport and leisure, an initiative to bring the street aspect of leisure activity physics. In this edition, the festival's program includes two walks, with the aim of promoting physical activity as health factor: - On Thursday June 3 at 10:00 pm, opens a route of 2.5 kilometers under the Plan for Physical Activity, Sport and Health (Secretariat of Sport), the prescription of physical activity program sponsored by Department of Health and the General Secretariat of Sports. The route will start and finish at St. George's Park. - On Sunday June 6 at 10:00 will depart from the Plaza de la Libertad a distance of 9 kilometers. The so-called "popular Spring Walk" is open to everyone and will tour various sports facilities in the city. The Feast of the game, sport and recreation has a strong profile and fun for young children: Matches the end of the course and extracurricular activities is considered, as well as a closing ceremony of the program activities of the Plan Catalan Sports School Education Plans and Environment, which brings together over 1,100 participants in various sports. Freedom Square will host Thursday and Friday from 18:00 to 21:00 am called the Active Park, along with a stage and the space center, scheduled simultaneously open and participatory activities and actions and activities addressed. This year the expected participation of 420 children. Another of the highlights will be Saturday afternoon, when young children may experience difficulty and challenge of the sport on a wheelchair, thanks to the awareness program "wheel to wheel," from Sports Club Costa Dorada.
