Timidly starts the tourist season on the Costa Dorada
The Costa Dorada timidly begins to prepare one of the most uncertain seasons in its history.
In expectation of how internal and external mobility evolves, the first hotel, the Best Terramarina de la Pineda Playa (Vila-seca), has already opened and on June 26, it hopes to open doors to Camping Sangulí Salou.
Sensors on the beaches will count people in the sand in real time
This June 2020, the capacity control system for the beaches of Salou begins to operate, consisting of the installation of 22 intelligent sensors on 8 beaches and coves in the capital of the Costa Dorada. In this way the City Council wants to comply with the regulations for counting and controlling access to the beaches to ensure compliance with the 2m distance due to COVID 19.
