Reus is preparing to host the 17th Fair Siurana oil - Festival of New Oil
This Friday November 15 to Reus opens the 17th Fair of Siurana oil . The New Oil Festival , which will be open in Llibertat Square on that day from 17-21 h and on Saturday from 10-14 h and 17-21 h . The two days will be several events related to the sample , such as tastings and musical performances. The Siurana oil Fair of Reus was born in 1997, was created to bring together the most important producers of the DOP Siurana . The opening ceremony is scheduled on Friday at 7 pm .
Macedonia will present his album " Flors " to the Congress of Tarragona
The Macedonia youth music group will perform at the auditorium of the Palacio de Congresos de Tarragona on Sunday December 22 to present his new album , Flors. The concert , produced by Music From Tamarit and April Productions, is scheduled at 7 pm and doors will open an hour earlier. Macedonia hopes to repeat the success he achieved with his last album , Awake, which sold about 6,000 units . Since 2001 , four generations of girls who have passed through the group have recorded a total of new albums.
Starts the fourth edition of the International Festival Tarragona Blues
The blues music lovers have an appointment from Thursday November 7 with the different spaces that celebrate the Tarragona International Blues Festival , which this year reaches its fourth edition. Three spaces will host concerts and different activities programmed in this event which brings together new groups of
national and international prestige . The actions will be divided between the Ateneo de Tarragona , Pizzeria Golositalia and Sala Zero .
Fortuny Theatre will host a Russian dance and choral music show
A large-scale show with choral music and traditional Russian dance will fill the stage of the Teatro Fortuny on 12 November, at 9pm asthe show conclusion for the Russian Festival of Culture and Art "Catalan Autumn" which will tour 6 scenarios in Catalonia and Andorra between 7 and 12 November. This event is organized by the Russian- Catalan association " Mundo de la Culture" and the entity Germandat Sant Isidre and Santa Llucia .

The Agricultural Cooperative of Cambrils organises a new edition of the party of the new oil, a referent to the festive calendar in Cambrils to be celebrated on November 3rd. The popular breakfast will begin in the morning with the llonganissa and the bread toasted with new oil, all folded with performances of local groups. The Cooperative initiated on Monday October 14th the campaign 2013-2014, in which the forecasts are to surpass the 4 million kilos of olives that will suppose some 700.000 litres of oil of extra virgin olive.
