'Salou, beach all year round' - Winter 2023
The Salou Municipal Tourism Board, in collaboration with the Council for Beaches: Quality and Use Plan, organizes the winter 2023 edition of the program of free activities 'Salou, Platja All Year'.
Spring photo contest on Instagram and Facebook
The Salou Municipal Tourist Board has launched a photographic contest on spring in the capital of the Costa Dorada. You can participate until May 30 at 10 p.m. The winning person will be announced on June 1 at 10 am and will receive a meal for 2 as a gift at the 4R Casablanca restaurant in Salou.
Exhibition of the painter Pere Galera in the Torre Vella
"God is in the House" is the pictorial exhibition by Pere Galera that will host the Torre Vella in Salou until May 29, 2021. In total there are 23 works that occupy the two rooms of the enclosure, in which the painter shows his work on the structure of the space and a process of continuous transformation of the same.
The Tourist Board joins the solidarity actions to contain COVID 19
Since confinement was decreed to stop COVID 19, the Salou Tourism Board has stopped its promotional activity and has refocused its actions to help the most disadvantaged groups in the municipality.
FOTOSPORT is installed in the Torre Vella until December 14, 2019
Sports photography lovers will enjoy a new edition of the FOTOSPORT 2018 show by Salou. The exhibition has been installed in the Torre Vella where it can be visited until December 14. There are 47 works selected from 1599 photographs sent by 129 artists from 32 countries around the world.
The "Torre Vella" opens a window towards the landscapes of Chile
The exhibition "Natural landscape of Chile" allows to know through photographs the orographic beauty of that country. Since last Friday, the collective exhibition of images compiled by the Chilean Federation of Photography (FCHC) can be seen in the Torre Vella cultural center in Salou.
Exposed in the TAS the photos of the contest of the Greater Celebration of this year
The images that have participated in the contest of the Festa Major 2018 can be contemplated in the TAS until March 8. It is an initiative of the Department of Culture and Festivities of the City of Salou. Some thirty works were presented to the contest that collect moments from the main festival from different points of view made with different techniques.
The Night of the Castells will showcase the best images of the casteller world in the hands of Repsol
Repsol and the Revista Castells have signed a collaboration agreement that renews the condition of Repsol as a sponsor of the Night of Castles, which will celebrate its twelfth edition on January 27 in Valls. Within the framework of this event, the Castells Magazine has called the 5th Repsol Castellera Photography Prize, which recognizes the best photographs of the 2017 season in two aspects, the professional and the popular. During the Night, the prizes of photography and the other awards will be presented annually and with the participation of different juries, granted the Revista de Castells
