Tarragona. Costa Dorada. The President of the Generalitat, Artur Mas, accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Felip Puig, will open Thursday, 15 December 2011, the new headquarters of the Police Region of Tarragona Autonomous Police, located in capital Tarragona. The President will arrive at the police station at 7.30pm, which will be received by the Mayor of Tarragona, Felix Josep Ballesteros, the government delegate in Tarragona, Joaquin Nin, the secretary general of the Department of the Interior, Xavier Gispert, and Director general of Police, Manel Prat. The police station is located on a plot of 7060 m2. The works are required for a total of 12.1 M € and the execution time was 18 months. The new facility consists of seven floors and 750 people work there, including officers and administrative staff and services. The authorities will start a visit to the different floors of the building, which will explain the work and the different activities carried out. The tour will end with the parliaments of the Mayor Jaume Gine, chief of Police Region Tarragona, the Mayor of Tarragona and the President of the Government. Then the president will travel to the factory Rofes vermouth of Reus (C / San Vicente with C / San Miguel) to chair the main event of the 125th anniversary of the Chamber of Commerce of the city. Also attending the Mayor of Reus, Carles Pellicer, president of the organization, Sanromà Isaac, and the Secretary General of the Department of Enterprise and Employment, Enric Clotet. During the event, the Awards will be presented to the House Internationalization in Innovation, Research and Planning and Fidelity. After delivery of the awards presentations will be given to the institutional discourses of President of the Chamber and the President of the Government.
